Victoria sponge - Vanilla sponge layered with vanilla buttercream & raspberry jam.
Chocolate - Chocolate sponge layered with chocolate buttercream.
Raspberry Ripple (+£4) - Raspberry swirled sponge with matching buttercream & raspberry jam filling.
Chocolate Orange (+£4) - Chocolate orange sponge layered with chocolate orange flavoured buttercream.
Lemon (+£5) - A zesty lemon sponge layered with lemon buttercream & lemon curd filling.
Caramel (+£5) - Chocolate sponge sandwiched between a creamy caramel buttercream & caramel sauce filling.
Nutella (+£5) - Chocolate sponge layered with Nutella buttercream & a generous helping of Nutella spread.
Lotus Biscoff (+£5) - Vanilla sponge sandwiched between layers of Lotus Biscoff buttercream, filled with Lotus Biscoff crumble & spread.
Oreo (+£5) - Chocolate sponge layered with vanilla buttercream, filled with a white chocolate cookie spread and Oreo crumble.
Red Velvet (+£10) - A velvet textured chocolate sponge with a hint of zing, layered with my signature vanilla buttercream.
Coloured Sponge (+£10) - Add a pop of colour to my classic vanilla cake (above). Choose to have all 3 layers the same colour, or have three different ones; it's totally up to you! Or, you could even mix things up with a coloured buttercream.
